HDSoft provides software development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, AI integration, cybersecurity, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are detailed in individual project agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code as specified in the project agreement. HDSoft retains rights to reusable components, frameworks, and proprietary tools used in development.
Services are billed as per agreed milestones. Late payments may result in project suspension. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST.
HDSoft maintains strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We sign NDAs upon request at no additional cost.
HDSoft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Bengaluru, Karnataka courts.
